Prices, promotions, availability and timeframes may change without notice until the purchase is confirmed. 2. Order confirmation Receiving an order does not mean it is automatically accepted. An order may require additional checks of stock, identity, billing details, delivery address or fraud prevention before it is confirmed. 3. Payment methods Payments are processed by authorized third-party providers. Approvals, declines, chargebacks, reviews or reversals also depend on the rules of the payment method and the provider used. 4. Delivery and fulfillment The buyer must provide correct and complete delivery details. We keep commercial records of each transaction and, when applicable, shipping, tracking, invoice or delivery confirmations. 5. Changes, cancellations and refunds Orders can only be cancelled or changed before they are being prepared, shipped or fulfilled. When a refund applies, it will be issued to the same payment method whenever the transaction and applicable law allow it. 6. Claims and chargebacks If you have any issue, please contact our team first. In case of a chargeback or payment claim, we may request additional information to prove the purchase and delivery. 7.
